4-DAY LIVE-IN SEMINAR-WORKSHOP CONDUCTED
A four-day live-in Seminar Workshop on the Promotion of “Breastfeeding in the Hospital” started yesterday, December 10, 2007 that will last until December 13 at the Mambukal Mountain Resort, Murcia, Negros Occidental.
The seminar conducted by the Economic Enterprise Development Department - Hospital Operations Division is participated in by doctors, health promotion officers and chief nurses of the Provincial-Government-run provincial and district hospitals in the province.
The opening program was attended by Atty. Japhet T. Masculino, EEDD head, with guest speaker Hon. Melvin L. Ibanez, M.D., SP Chair for Health; Dr. Cristita S. Lacurom, IMCI program coordinator of Center for Health Development Region 6, Department of Health Iloilo City; Nurse V Aniceta Cuenca, of CHD-6, DOH, and Dr. Romulo Rhoel C. Mogul./Capitol News
