Students from the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies
from Tokyo, Japan paid a courtesy visit at the Capitol
and was met by Acting Gov. Isidro P. Zayco. The group,
who are fluent in Tagalog or Filipino language,
specializes on Philippines culture and language. They
can also do Filipino Dances. Aside from their Capitol
visit, they will also be visiting Bacolod City Mayor
Evelio “Bing” Leonardia and Vice Mayor Thaddy Sayson as
well as some areas in Negros Oriental. Also with the
