WRITESHOP.
Officers of the National Commission for Culture and the
Arts (NCCA) led by Bernan Joseph Corpuz, Head of
Planning & Policy Office (center) together with Ronan
delos Santos and Rizfrancis delos Santos conducted a
“Project Proposal Making Workshop” at the Audio-Visual
Room of the Provincial Capitol Building yesterday, to
help LGUs, NGOs and private sector access funds from the
