	The Ati-Atihan Festival In honor of Sto. Nino, the Ati-atihan is held every 3rd week of January at Cadiz City and capped by street-dancing competition and a Fluvial Parade. Festival Month : January	Negros Occidental is accessible by plane from Manila and Cebu seven times daily and by sea from Iloilo, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Palawan and General Santos.
