Who may avail of the Service:

Applicants for Scholarship must possess the following qualifications:

• • • Must be a resident of component cities and municipalities of Negros Occidental
    • Must have graduated in any high school in the Province with a General Average of at least 80% with mo grade below 75 or its equivalent, and has not entered college after graduation, except for NOPMANs – Medicine
    • Must be single and does not exceed 21 years of age, except for NOPMANs – Medicine (25 years old) and Voc Tech (30 years old)
    • Must come from a family with an annual income below poverty level as fixed by NEDA (except for NOPMANs)
    • Must not be related – up ti the 4th civil degree of consanguinity of affinity – to any other Provincial scholar (whether enrolled or graduate)

Certified Copy of Birth Certificate
Latest BIR Income Tax Return or Certificate of Exemption of Parents / Guardians with Affidavit
Certified copy of High School Report Card
