Requirement:

• • Veterinary vaccination certificate – for dogs and cats
  • Breeder’s/Trader’s/Handler’s License and Barangay Clearance over 9 heads of gamecocks
  • Certificate of ownership – for cattle
  • DENR Certificate – for Endangered species
