- Commitment Order of detention prisoner
- Medical Certificate
- Certificate of Detention
- Three (3) copies of 2×2 colored ID photo taken within one month from remittance, with full name tag in bold letters, plus left and right profile of the same specifications and number of copies
- Mittimus order, if convicted prisoner

Provincial prisoners who have fully served sentence
Detention prisoners whose cases have been order dismissed by authorities
Detention prisoners ordered release by the courts (Posting of Ball Bond, PD 968, Recognizance, Aquittal)

Release Order issue by the Court of Prosecutor’s Resolution dismissing the case
