Women and children in especially difficult circumstances

- Referral letter
- Police blotter
- Medical Certificate
- Court Order / Affidavit (pending case)
- Birth Certificate (or Baptismal Certificate)
- Social case study

- Referral letter
- Medical certificate and doctor’s prescription (in case of medical assistance)
- Blood request duly signed by th attending physician (in case for blood processing)
- Death certificate for transfer of cadaver (in case of request for transportation)
