• • Vicinity/Sketch Plan (should indicate that the farm intended to be registered is at least 1 km away from existing farms of similar nature, from the national highway or from residential areas)
  • Photocopy of Business Permit
  • Real Property Tax Clearance from Treasurer’s Office
  • Tax Declaration

P200.00 – Inspection Fee
P50.00 – Backyard Certification
P500.00 – Registration Certification
