Atty. Rayfrando Diaz, Provincial Administrator, presented a P1 million check to the Boy Scouts of the Philippines – Negros Occ. Council, represented by Scout Executive Roberto Maguad. The financial assistance will be used to assist the council in regaining membership.
The Holy Family Home Bacolod Foundation, Inc. also received P790,000 financial assistance from the provincial government, for the foundation’s programs and projects.
