Governor Bong Lacson distributed P20,000 incentive to each of the 15 barangays in the province with Zero Open Defecation. They are Brgys. Zamora and Mabini, Pontevedra; Brgy. Daug, Hinobaan; Brgys. 1, 3, 4 and 8, of Isabela; Brgy. Bayabas, Valladolid; Brgy. Bagroy, Bago; Brgys. Zone 2 and Zone 3, Murcia; Brgy. Tabao Rizal, San Enrique; Brgy. Talacagay, San Rafael, and Po-ok, Hinobaan.
The incentives were received by the respective Punong Barangays and representatives.
