For the past 12 days, over 50 dedicated provincial government employees from various offices, including the Technology and Livelihood Development Center, Mambukal Catering Services, Economic Enterprise Department, General Services Office, Administrator’s Office, Capitol Cab, and the Provincial Engineer’s Office (comprising Job Order, Contractual, and permanent staff), have worked tirelessly and stayed late each day to segregate, pack, and prepare food for the evacuees in La Carlota City, Bago City, and La Castellana.
True to the province’s commitment, these employees and volunteers have been staying up late and waking up as early as 5 a.m. to carry out their assigned tasks. Their efforts aim to support approximately 10,000 evacuees, along with other volunteers, ensuring that their immediate needs are met during this challenging time.
Let us continue to pray and hope for the safety and well-being of all those at the evacuation centers.
