Governor Bong Lacson led the turn over of cash assistance worth P20,000 each, rice and livelihood assistance to 73 rebel returnees who are E-CLIP beneficiaries from the different cities and municipalities of the province, at the Capitol, this afternoon, in the presence of 303rd IB Commander, Gen. Inocencio Pasaporte and Negros Occ. Police Provincial Director, Col. Romy Palgue.

Meanwhile, the families of 13 insured tanods and barangay officials from various LGUs also received insurance worth a total of P625,000, under the provincial government’s Barangay Insurance Program.
