The department and office heads of the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental attended the Consultative Conference on the finalization of the 2023–2025 Executive-Legislative Agenda (ELA) held at Mambukal Resort and Wildlife Sanctuary in the Municipality of Murcia on Monday, October 24, 2022.

ELA is a jointly crafted prioritization of projects and programs of the provincial government to be implemented for the next three years, in line with the province’s priority development agenda. It is developed and mutually agreed upon by the Capitol’s executive and legislative departments.

Governor Lacson said that the combined efforts and the cooperation between the executive and the legislative branches of the provincial government proved to be remarkably beneficial to the people of Negros Occidental.

“For development and progress to be real, it must be felt by everyone, especially by those who have less, particularly now as we undertake to recover from the consequences of the pandemic,” he said.

Also present at the conference were Board Members Rommel Debulgado, Manuel Frederick Ko, Andrew Montelibano, Jeffrey Tubola, Araceli Somosa, Andrew Martin Torres, and Juvy Pepello, Provincial Administrator Atty. Rayfrando Diaz, 303rd Infantry Brigade Commander, General Inocencio Pasaporte, and DepEd Negros Occ. Schools Division Superintendent, Anthony Liobet, among others.
