GOV. LACSON LEADS CEREMONIAL DISTRIBUTION OF EDUC. ASSISTANCE TO 200 KAPATIRAN NEXT OF KIN GRANTES

Gov. Eugenio Jose V. Lacson led the ceremonial distribution of educational assistance to 200 Kapatiran next of kin grantees amounting to P1 Million at P5,000 for each grantee at the Negros Residences, earlier this afternoon.

Thirty (30) grantees out of 200 received their educational assistance from the governor who said that he is very happy that the Kapatiran chose the pathway towards peace and unity.

The governor thanked the Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation and Unity, the Philippine Army and the Philippine National Police for implementing our programs on peace and order.

He strongly emphasized that the Provincial Government under his administration will continue to support the programs to promote peace and security.

Gov. Lacson said that he hopes that the scholars will advance to be confident individuals, responsible citizens and effective contributors to our community, our society and our nation.
