Governor Bong Lacson presented Mayor Irene Montilla of the Municipality of Isabela with a brand new multipurpose dump truck this afternoon at the Capitol, in the presence of Isabela SB Members Raymund Gerard Montilla and Carlito Penalosa, Jr., Juan Miguel Montilla, and Provincial Engineer Ernie Mapa, among others.
