Governor Bong Lacson signed at 5:25 this afternoon Executive Order No. 21 – 23, Series of 2021, requiring the mandatory registration of all travelers to the Province of Negros Occidental to the SAFE, SWIFT, and SMART PASSAGE (S-PASS) Travel Management System, and all individuals and establishments to the STAYSAFE. PH application as the official social distancing, health condition reporting, and contact tracing application of the province.

The EO shall take effect immediately.
