The officers of the Negros Balut Traders Association took their oaths of office before Negros Occ. Provincial Administrator, Atty. Rayfrando Diaz at the Capitol, this morning, in the presence of Provincial Veterinarian Dr. Renante Decena.
They are Mary Joy Tongoy, president; Joseph Doria, vice president; Queenly Padilla, secretary; Eric Pancho, treasurer; and Ricardo Duyo, auditor.
