Gov. Bong Lacson and Hinobaan Mayor Ernesto Estrao signed a Deed of Donation for the 5,057 sq.m. lot located in Brgy. Pook, Municipality of Hinobaan to be donated to the province for the construction of a provincial government-run hospital.

Negros Occ. Provincial Administrator Atty. Rayfrando Diaz witnessed the signing in the presence of other Hinobaan officials.
