Vinz EJ Nanas, who graduated Summa Cum Laude at the University of St. La Salle – Bacolod, presented his medal to Governor Bong Lacson at the Governor’s Office yesterday, June 29, 2022. Vinz, a recipient of academic financial assistance of the Provincial Government, is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies. He was accompanied by his mother, Ma. Menzi Nanas.
