WATCH. Negros Occ. Provincial Administrator, Atty. Rayfrando Diaz, received 60 pieces of #PlantSmart planting kits 

Negros Occidental Provincial Administrator, Atty. Rayfrando Diaz, received 60 pieces of #PlantSmart planting kits donated by Smart Communications, Inc. to the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental, this afternoon.

The donation was turned over by the company’s Area Development Manager, Allan Luna, Regional Trade Marketing Officer, Hope Ferraris, and Customer Development Manager, Madiorie Tabucao.

The planting kits are composed of veggie seeds, loam soil with organic mix, and fertilizers. It aims to encourage individuals and communities to set up their own edible home and community gardens.
