Attention all travelers bound for Negros Occidental. With the lifting of the temporary moratorium issued by the National Task Force for COVID-19 and RTF COVID-19 Region VI, all airlines and shipping vessels bound for Negros Occidental were already informed that starting today, April 20, 2021, the Province of Negros Occidental will be accepting all passengers whose names appear on their passenger manifest and have been endorsed by the destination LGU.
