Governor Bong Lacson welcomed the Regional Oversight Committee for the Barangay Clearing Program which conducted a deliberation for the 26 qualified drug-free barangays in the Province of Negros Occidental, earlier today in Talisay City.

The activity is a collaborative program of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), Philippine National Police (PNP), Dept. of Interior and Local Government (DILG), and the Department of Health (DOH).
