The provincial government-run Ignacio L. Arroyo Memorial District Hospital in the Municipality of Isabela gets an ambulance from the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), in a turn over ceremony held at the Capitol, today, in the presence of Governor Bong Lacson, Board Member Agustin Ernesto Bascon, PCSO – Negros Occidental Branch Manager, Jose Manuel Villagracia, Isabela Councilor Raymund Gerard Montilla, Isabela Hospital Chief Dr. Ma. Lalaine Teorima, Hospital Admin Neriza Berden, and philanthropist Frankie Uy.
