Governor Bong Lacson and Provincial Administrator, Atty. Rayfrando Diaz turned over financial assistance worth a total of P570,000 to former armed rebels from the different barangays of the cities of Kabankalan and Himamaylan. The assistance was sourced from the Provincial Peace and Order Fund, in support of the Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (E-CLIP).
