The training started with a short program today, attended by Gov. Bong Lacson and Provincial Administrator Atty. Rayfrando Diaz. Gov. Lacson encouraged the participants to embrace the training with enthusiasm and a sense of purpose so that Provincial Government programs and projects will be implemented for the benefit of the majority and the environment.
