Gov. Bong Lacson led the distribution of cash incentives worth P20,000 to 40 Zero Open Defecation (ZOD) – declared barangays in the province, this morning.

Two ZOD – declared LGUs, namely La Carlota City and Municipality of San Enrique, also received cash incentives worth P100,000 each.

The ceremonial turn over of cash incentives was held at the Governor’s Office, attended by the Provincial Sanitation Inspector Marilyn Ostan, Dr. Rhoel Mogul of the Provincial Health Office, and the respective punong barangays, health officers, and sanitation inspectors.
