The MOA also states that the BPO company will provide NOLITC with pre-employment, entry-level, and permanent employee evaluation/assessment of NOLITC graduates.

Both parties agreed to collaborate for job fairs, job postings, school activities, and training and workshops to improve the skills of both NOLITC’s students and staff.

Also present during the MOA signing were NOLITC Vocational School Administrator Dr. Ma. Cristina Orbecido, TTEC OIC-Talent Acquisition Valerie Ann Quirmit, TTEC Team Lead Myrel Nobles, TTEC TA-Marketing and Communication Elena Ayeng, and TTEC Facilities Manager Sheen Rojo.
