Bong Lacson met with Keiwa Kogyo Company Limited owner and president, Shintaro Sasagawa, Executive Assistant Katsuyuki Honda, Factory In-charge Akira Honda, Technical Development Department Director Hideki Miyazaki, and OISCA International Secretary General Yasuaki Nagaishi at the Governor’s Office, Monday (July 17) and discussed about investing a recycling facility in the province to aid in the solid waste management program.
