Another District Animal Health Center project of the provincial government was inaugurated in the Municipality of San Enrique this morning.
Governor Bong Lacson, San Enrique Mayor Jilson Tubillara, and other local officials led the facility’s inauguration.
The project is implemented through the Provincial Veterinary Office headed by OIC Dr. Placeda Lemana, in collaboration with the partner LGUs of the different districts.
The animal health center can cater to LGUs in the Fourth District which include the cities of Bago and La Carlota, and the towns of Pulupandan, Pontevedra, and San Enrique.
It aims to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of animal health care and related services.
The PVO also facilitated the distribution of farm inputs, and veterinary supplies to identified beneficiaries.
The officers of the Sibucao Hog Raisers Association also took their oaths of office before Gov. Lacson, as part of the activity.
