Gov. Bong Lacson, together with Provincial Administrator Atty. Ray Diaz II, met with the 34 Negrense scholars at the welcome and fellowship dinner hosted by Houei Group chairman, Mrs. Yukiko Shimizu, in Miyakonojo City, Japan.

Also accompanying the Negros Occidental delegation are Charina M. Tan, EA IV, OIC-PIO and Community Affairs Officer April Joy Duran.
