The Provincial Environment Management Office led by Atty. Julie Ann Bedrio spearheaded the “Mainstreaming Gender and Development in Environment Programs Training” held at Negros Residences in Bacolod City, today.
The training tackled Gender Sensitivity, Equality, Equity, and Development with speaker, Jeanette Patindol; Legal and Political Framewroks for Gender and Development with Engr. Felix Querubin; and GAD and Our Environment with Rhoderick Samonte.
Executive Assistant to the Governor and Provincial GAD Focal Point System Action Officer, Marie June Castro was also present at the activity.
Other participants from the different LGUs of the province attended the event virtually in observance of health and safety protocols.
