Governor Bong Lacson visited Himamaylan City yesterday, October 13, 2022, to check on the families who were evacuated due to the ongoing armed conflict in the city.
The governor was with Usec. Vilma Cabrera of DSWD and DSWD VI Regional Director Carmelo Nochete, 5th District Rep. Dino Yulo, and Himamaylan City Mayor Raymund Tongson and Vice Mayor Justin Gatuslao, among others.
The Provincial Government has been sending assistance and food supplies to the evacuees to ensure their health and safety.
