Governor Bong Lacson was the guest of honor at the Investiture Ceremony of Dr. Renante Egcas, fifth president of the Northern Negros State College of Science and Technology (NONESCOST) in Sagay City today.
The activity was attended by CHED Commissioner, Dr. Marita Canapi, NONESCOST executives, personnel and staff, and other guests.
