Governor Bong Lacson signed Executive Order No. 23-10, Series of 2023 dated March 22, 2023, encouraging visitors of the Capitol and of the 2023 Panaad sa Negros Festival to visit the Abanse Negrense Showroom to support the MSMEs of the province.
