Governor Bong Lacson will deliver his annual State of the Province Address (SOPA) virtually on Wednesday (August 25), 2 p.m. thru the official Facebook page of the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental.
Highlights of the SOPA will be the efforts made by the provincial government in addressing the threat of the COVID-19 pandemic, and how it assisted the province in adapting to the new normal.
He will also present the accomplishments made by the different Capitol departments and offices in line with the Abanse Negrense Priority Development Agenda of the present administration.
