Governor Bong Lacson turned over a check worth P5 Million to Negros Occidental Schools Division Superintendent, Marsette Sabbaluca, to fund the various educational projects of Negros Occidental High School.

With them are NOHS Principal, Mario Amaca and Executive Assistant to the Governor, Charina Magallanes-Tan.
