Governor Bong Lacson led the official opening of the Governor’s Cup 5×5 Basketball Tournament in Talisay City yesterday, November 13, 2022, which is a tribute to the late Oscar “Dodong” Bascon, known as a pillar of basketball in Negros.
Former Board Member Agustin Ernesto Bascon and Carminia Gatuslao – Bascon graced the activity.
