Hari ng Pilipinas Negros Occidental, Marx Louie Justiniani, paid a courtesy at the Provincial Capitol last Friday, November 25, 2022, and was welcomed by Executive Assistant to the Governor and PIO, Charina Magallanes – Tan, and Provincial Environment Management Officer, Atty. Julie Ann Bedrio.

Justiniani is a nursing student who advocates youth empowerment and development programs; he also supports environmental conservation initiatives.
