Governor Bong Lacson met with Manapla Mayor Manuel Escalante III at the Governor’s Office yesterday, August 23, 2022, to discuss strategies to resolve illegal fishing activities in Manapla, which have been affecting the marine ecosystem and the source of livelihood for local fishermen.
Negros Occ. Police Provincial Office Director, Colonel Leo Pamittan and Provincial Legal Officer, Atty. Alberto Nellas, Jr. also joined the meeting.
