Governor Bong Lacson paid a visit to injured police officer Police Lieutenant Richard Casalan, Deputy Police Chief of the Binalbagan PNP, who is currently being treated at a private hospital in Bacolod City following the recent ambush in Brgy. Biao, Binalbagan. Governor Lacson was accompanied by NOCPPO OIC Provincial Director of Police Colonel Leo Pamittan. Lt. Casalan received financial assistance from the governor.
