Gov. Bong Lacson led the inauguration of the HECARBA Muscovado Community Base Processing Building located at Hacienda Esperanza, Brgy. Nagasi, La Carlota City, yesterday (March 6).

HECARBA or the Hacienda Esperanza Communal Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Association is led by its chairman, Angelito Estama.

The Provincial Government allotted P4 million for the construction of the facility, aimed at improving the livelihood and source of income of the association members.

Present at the activity were EA Mark Rojo who represented La Carlota City Mayor Rex Jalando-on, Central Philippine State University (CPSU) president, Aladino Moraca, and the officers and members of the association, among others.#AbanseNegrense+140
