Negros Occidental Gov. Bong Lacson attended the 84th birthday celebration of former governor, Freddie Marañon held at Balay Kauswagan in Sagay City, today.

Gov. Bong wished the celebrant well and thanked him for being an inspiration to all Negrenses.
