Governor Bong Lacson, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members, Provincial Administrator Atty. Rayfrando Diaz, Capitol department/office heads, and employees attended the Thanksgiving and New Year’s Mass held this yesterday morning at the Provincial Capitol Social Hall in Bacolod City. The mass was followed by a flag-raising ceremony and a short program.
In his message, Gov. Lacson thanked the provincial officials and Capitol employees for a job well done for the year 2022, as evident in the various awards received by the province.
He also highlighted the plans and programs of the provincial government for this year.
