The newly elected officers of the CAPGEM Community Multi-Purpose Cooperative paid a courtesy visit to Gov. Bong Lacson at the Governor’s Office this morning. They are Board of Directors Arnel Argusar, Josyl Cabalcar, Marcelino Ibanez, Lea Javier, Eleanor Espeja, Vanessa de Dios, Arnold Yanson, Wenroe Bajada, and Erwin Libo-on; Deceleen Dumancas and Reymundo Lopez (ELECOM); and Celsa Meridor (Audit Committee).
