Sensei Takeyasu Onose, Grand Master of Shiseikan OISCA Negros Kendo Club, together with Jowash Saballero, Vice President, Shiseikan OISCA Negros Kendo Club paid a visit to Gov. Bong Lacson at the Capitol, this afternoon.

Kendo is a traditional Japanese martial art that combines physical skill and mental discipline.

It also teaches humility, focus, and respect while improving fitness and coordination.

The group also showcased a Kendo demonstration at the Capitol Social Hall, as part of their visit.

Also joining the group were former Negros Occ. Board Member Alain Gatuslao and Tokyo University exchange students.#AbanseNegrense
