Philippine Coast Guard District Commander for Southern Visayas, Captain Eduardo de Luna, paid a courtesy visit to Governor Bong Lacson at the Capitol, today, and discussed about plans to step up maritime apprehensions against violators and improve search and rescue capabilities. PCG Southern Visayas District covers the provinces of Negros Occidental, Negros Oriental and Siquijor.
