The Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC) held its First Quarter Meeting at the Capitol Social Hall, this morning, presided over by Gov. Bong Lacson.

PDRRMO Head Irene Bel Ploteña gave updates on various PDRRMC programs, and the initiatives done to mitigate the effects of El Niño Phenomenon, particularly on agriculture.
