PEMO AWARD. Governor Bong Lacson received the Plaque of Recognition from the DENR – Environmental Management Bureau – Western Visayas for Negros Occidental’s Outstanding Practice in the Implementation of Solid Waste Management Program in compliance with RA 9003.
