The Negros Occ. Police Provincial Office (NOCPPO) led by Provincial Director, Police Colonel Leo Pamittan, paid a traditional New Year’s call to Negros Occidental Gov. Bong Lacson at the Capitol, this morning, together with the LGU chiefs of police of the province.
The command group, staff officers, and chiefs of police were introduced to the governor and to Provincial Administrator Atty. Rayfrando Diaz, as part of the activity.
NOCPPO also presented a year-end report and the peace and order status of the province.
The governor expressed his trust and confidence in the police force assigned at every LGU in the province.
“Provincial Government of Negros Occidental will always support the programs and campaigns of NOCPPO, as far as public safety and security are concerned,” said Gov. Lacson.
“Our collaborative efforts have been proven for many years. May we continue to work together for the good of all our constituents,” he added.
